My deepest sympathies to the Fribourg family.I was deeply saddened to learn of Charlie’s passing I had the honor and privilege to work with Charlie back in the nineties in Niagara Mohawk underground department Charlie was an old school gentleman and a great worker he was the first one to offer help to anyone he was a friend to all they don’t make them like him anymore.Rest in peace old friend Bill Daigneault
