Gloria was born in Albany, New York, the daughter of the late William Oxbrough Sr. and Mary (Dedrick) Oxbrough.
She was a Office Worker for Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY.
Survivors include her brother Gary Oxbrough and several nieces and nephews
She was Predeceased by Siblings Robert Oxbrough, William Oxbrough Jr. and Joann McCabe.
Services will be private at the convenience of the Family. Burial will be in St. Patricks Cemetery Catskill, NY
