Rensselaer - Catherine E. DeFreest, 83, of Rensselaer, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Van Rensselaer Manor.

Catherine was born February 12, 1939, in Albany, New York, 

She was a Domestic Engineer for her family

Survivors include her son Eric DeFreest and his wife Rosalind DeFreest

She was Predeceased by her husband of 57 years Philip DeFreest
Services will be private at the conveniece of family.
