Obituary of Eugene Giuliano
Eugene C. Giuliano, 90, of Schodack Ctr. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Evergreen Commons. Gene was born in Albany to the late Eugene R. and Ingeborg Olsen Giuliano. He retired as Maintenance Coordinator for SUNY Albany in 1992 after 12 years, and a long career that included work at Sunoco and many construction projects around the Albany area.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. Gene was an avid woodworker and antique car restorer, and enjoyed camping and traveling with his family. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren were very special to him.
Gene is survived by his wife of 64 years: Johanna A. (Schuurman) Giuliano and two daughters: Linda G. (Mike) Pearrell of Roanoke, VA and Carol A. (Todd) McClellan of Sand Lake, NY, three sisters: Betty Schraver, Rose (Bill) Mc Garry, Alice Sicko and two brothers: Raymond Giuliano and George (Janice) Giuliano, five grandchildren:Pamela (Frank) Henderson, Nicole (Scott) Kirouac, Victoria (Joshua) Feldman, Davis Burcham, Gregory McClellan, and four great grandchildren: Remick Henderson, Caleb Kirouac, Hendrix Feldman, and Juliana Henderson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Calling hours Sunday from 4:00-8:00 pm at the Rockefeller Funeral Home, 165 Columbia Tpk.,Rensselaer.
